*If the LMS has no record of your email, you will not receive a password reset, and you will need to create a new account. 


If the password reset is not working try the either of the following.


1. Ensure the e-mail you are entering is the one you used to register.
 

2. Check your spam folder.


 If you enter an incorrect e-mail, e-mail that is not active or has never been used in the LMS the reset feature will not work.
