There are various reasons you're email may not be working.

These are the most common issues:

1. The email was entered incorrectly on signup and you're attempting to login with the correct e-mail now.

Solution: Use the contact form and an LMS support team member will trouble shoot the issue.


2. You forgot the email used to register in the LMS and are attempting to use a non recognized email on login.

Solution: Sign up for a new account if you have no records on your LMS transcript, or use the contact form to request LMS support.

The LMS team cannot easily verify account info if you are contacting us via one e-mail, but want changes made to another account with a different e-mail.
In these cases, phone and/or other identification may be needed to make changes to an existing account.


3. You never had an account in the LMS. Sometimes past students think they have an account in the LMS, but have never registered. The LMS is a new CSTI website that began online training in 2017, and more recently Instructor Led Training in 2018 for some of its courses. If you have never registered for a course through the LMS, chances are you don't have an account.

In this case you would need to register in the LMS for the first time.
