To check the status of a course you requested, do the following:

1. Login at CSTI.ORG
2. Navigate to: Menu > Home > Universal Profile > Transcript
3. Ensure "Active" Tab is selected. 

Each course that is in any status other than "Complete" is shown on the active tab. The status of each is course shown under the course name.

Common status names and their definitions:

Registered: This means you are registered for the course and should have received registrations emails at the email you specified during registration. If you have not received emails, please check your spam or junk folder.

Pending: This means you requested to take the course, but a CSTI registrar is reviewing your request. Once a decision has been made either way, you will be notified at the email address you specified during registration. If you have not received emails, please check your spam or junk folder.

Pending Payment: This means you requested a course and were approved, but a payment is required to process and complete your registration. To the right of the course name, click "Add to Cart" and pay for the course via our shopping cart. Once payment is received, you will be notified at the email address you specified during registration. If you do not receive emails after a successful payment, please check your spam or junk folder.

Wait list: This means you requested a course and no seat is available because the course is full. If a seat is made available to you, you will be notified via 
the email address you specified during registration. If you did not receive wait list emails, please check your spam or junk folder.

Denied: This means you requested a course, a CSTI registrar reviewed your request and denied entry. The denial can be for any number of reasons, and you will have received an explanation via  the email address you specified during registration. If you have not received emails, please check your spam or junk folder.
