This issue is normally caused by an outdated browser. Following the steps below will allow you to continue with the CERT Training Unit.

Steps to move forward with training:

1. Close and relaunch the training

2. Select the play bar on the bottom and move it back a bit and press the play button.

3. If that does not work, open the training side menu and select the same slide again to re-watch.

4. If that does not work, select the previous slide on the side menu re-watch to gain access to the slide you are stuck on.

5. If those did not work, in the training side menu select the slide after the one you are stuck on (if available).
