All Instructor Led courses at CSTI require approval and enter the approval process after you selected the request button via the Browse Training page or Learning Management System course calendar.

All requested courses regardless of their approval status, will show up in your student transcript under the "Active" tab.

Login at CSTI.ORG
Navigate to > Menu > Home > Universal Profile > Transcript 
Select the active tab if not selected


If you don't see the course listed in your active transcript, there are several possible reasons:


1. You did not click the request button and need to do so.

2. The course was not in the CSTI LMS and you registered via a different system.

3. The course was manually removed by our LMS system Administrators (This is extremely rare).



If the course is listed in your transcript under the active button as PENDING APPROVAL, you are not registered for the course.


There are numerous reasons why your session request is still pending approval.

1. You made the request to close to the session start date and the course is full.


2. The session required a supplemental training request form to be completed. This form will have popped up when initially requesting the session and it was not completed or submitted. 3. You did not meet the course pre-requisites or grant requirements and the registrar has not denied your entry.

4. The registrar is still reviewing your request.
