This can happen if the course is left open for too long without forward progress, or your if internet connection was lost. If this occurs, the score will not be passed to the system. The only option to receive a completion certificate is to close your browser, login again and relaunch the course. Then complete any missing sections.

If you are confident in the course material, you can skip over each section quickly by providing any answer to the knowledge checks, as they are not scored. This will get to you the final exam in about three minutes, which you must complete.

If the system logs a failure, the system will automatically reset the entire course after 24 hours for another attempt. Subsequent failures can only be reset by requesting a manual reset via a help ticket.
