The LMS Password reset tool will only send reset emails to valid/active LMS accounts. If you are sure the email you used in the LMS reset tool is the one you registered with, the reset link probably wound up in your Spam/Junk folder.

If you are using a gmail account, the link can take some time to arrive. This is on the gmail side and we cannot control their time in receiving the reset link and it arriving in your inbox.

If you don't receive an email after checking your Spam/Junk Folder:

Please create an issue ticket and we will verify the account exists using the email you created the ticket with. If the account exists we will use the same reset tool you used to send the reset link. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to reset your password manually outside this tool, as we don't track or provide passwords to our students.
