Some information can be changed on your account without creating a ticket.

Changing your Email:

You can easily change your Learning Management System Email if you can login. To login you would need to use your original email as your user name and the password used during account creation.

1. Log in atĀ CSTI.ORG
2. Navigate to the Menu > Near bottom of Menu > My Account
3. Ensure Preferences pane is selected
4. Click "Options" button on the upper right corner
5. Choose "Change Email Address"
6. Enter your new email address and confirm then submit.


If you are unable to login, please create an issue ticket. We will change the email for you, but will have to verify account information prior to making any changes.

To update your personal information:
1. Login at CSTI.ORG
2. Navigate to: Menu > At the bottom of the Menu Select > "My Account"

3. Under the "Preferences Tab" make changes to the available form fields. .
4. When changes are complete, press save.
